Chess and the theatre
The theatre will also be involved in the lead up to the Olympiad and Turin will host a production by the Teatro della Tosse entitled 'Alice in the looking-glass house', a work that reinterprets Lewis Carroll's famous story in a chess-related key.
The Teatro della Tosse will propose an innovative performance linked to Alice's world, aptly capturing the fascinating ambiguity of the story and the theatre, childhood and a taste for the fantastic, combined with a subtle interplay of geometry and intellectual provocation.
